Dutch Landing Expatriate Agency

1. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Consumers are entitled to cancellation rights under EU law (see Section 6 above).

2. Cancellation by Client

Consultations

• ≥24 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling

• <24 hours notice: No refund

Service Packages

• Before service begins: Full refund within withdrawal period as per service agreement

• After commencement: Refunds prorated based on work completed

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in forfeiture of that session.

4. Cancellation by Dutch Landing

Dutch Landing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, clients are entitled to:

• A full refund, or

• Rescheduling at no additional cost

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
