What we do together — phase by phase
Strategy & visa planning
Weeks 1–2- Assess your situation and identify the right visa pathway (DAFT, HSM, partner, family — whatever fits)
- Build your personal relocation timeline and checklist
- Document review for your DAFT ZZP or KvK application — I personally review these and typically turn them around within 1–2 business days
- Referral to a vetted immigration lawyer if a formal application is required — for a DAFT BV, your application is handled directly by our attorney partner, with me monitoring progress throughout
Housing fit
Weeks 2–6- City guidance based on your lifestyle, commute, and budget
- Introduction to vetted expat-specialist real estate agents
- Orientation on the Dutch rental market: what to expect, typical costs, red flags
- Guidance on temporary housing while your permanent place is arranged
- BSN registration guidance and gemeente appointment preparation
- DigiD setup and Dutch banking orientation
Schools & family setup
Days 1–30, ongoing for families- Guided documentation covering public, international & bilingual school options, realistic costs, and enrollment timelines — sent within your first 30 days
- City- and neighborhood-specific starting points for your own research, plus early flags on international school waitlists that can affect your timeline
- Required-documents checklist for enrollment, and childcare basics (kinderopvang, toeslag, peuterspeelzaal)
- Ongoing progress check-ins folded into our regular weekly contact — with extra attention if you're behind or a deadline is approaching
Dutch system setup
Weeks 6–12- Dutch health insurance: how it works, what to choose, how to register
- GP (huisarts) registration and understanding the Dutch healthcare system
- For ZZP / freelancers: KvK registration overview and business setup basics

WhatsApp / email access to Erik throughout your move
A check-in at least once a week — a scheduled call, or a proactive touch point if we haven't connected that week

Compare all packagesPricing is €500 per month, per person, with a 3-month minimum contract — a couple moving together is €1,000/month, a family of three is €1,500/month, and so on. All prices exclude VAT. The Relocation Package covers guidance, planning, and introductions. Third-party referrals — including real estate agents, immigration lawyers, and other specialists — are paid for separately and directly to the relevant party.
