Dutch Landing Expatriate Agency

1. Company Information

2. Scope of Services

Dutch Landing provides independent relocation consultancy services, including guidance on immigration procedures, housing, healthcare, taxation orientation, education, and integration.

All services are advisory in nature only and do not constitute legal, financial, or immigration representation.

3. Formation of Agreement

An agreement is formed when:

  • A client purchases a service or package, or

  • A written confirmation (email or invoice) is issued by Dutch Landing

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Comply with all applicable Dutch laws and administrative requirements

  • Act on advice at their own discretion

Dutch Landing shall not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are stated in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise specified

  • Payment is due in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing

  • Dutch Landing reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason

  • If the client requests services to begin during this period, they expressly waive this right once the service has been fully performed

  • If partially performed, a proportional fee may be charged

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law:

  • Dutch Landing’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service

  • Dutch Landing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, delays, or missed opportunities

  • No liability is accepted for decisions made by third parties, including but not limited to immigration authorities, municipalities, landlords, or financial institutions

8. Force Majeure

Dutch Landing shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government actions

  • Changes in law or policy

  • Strikes, pandemics, or technical disruptions

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the intellectual property of Dutch Landing and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
